This event was originally spear-headed by the one and only Ms. Tonya Smart who created this poetry mainstay (We Speak Poetry) for the Jacksonville community. For almost 2 years, Tonya successfully displayed Jacksonville’s most unheard talent and has given us the opportunity to continue and grow her dream of providing the unheard with a place to be heard.
