I am happy to be coming home to Portland to play a full band set for New Years Eve, with my good friends Rob Daiker on guitar and vocals, and Joe Mengis on drums, with Chris Camp on Bass. This will be a return to the venue where my first band the Dan Reed Network once called home, and later where I was a co-owner when it was once called ’Ohm’. The Whiskey Bar, it’s new name, is now co-managed by another comrade by the name of Paul Song, whom I had the pleasure to work with during the Ohm Days where he created ’Red Cube Productions’, an organization that still puts on some of the finest electronic events in the Northwest.
Doors are at 9pm and tickets can be picked up at the link at the bottom of this page.
Portland’s trip-hop trio ’Oracle’ will be opening up the evening starting at 9:30pm, so come early as this is an act you won’t want to miss. Also check out their record release party February 4th at Dante’s. You can learn more about Oracle here -
