Night of Champions will showcase the art form known as human beatboxing, through an outstanding line-up selected to highlight the extraordinary levels of skill and showmanship at national champion level.
At still only 19 Reeps One is now the 2009 UK Beatbox Battle Champion and one of the highest ranked Beatboxers in the recent World Finals. Fresh from performing at the Justin Timberlake and Friends benefit concert for Shriners Hospitals For Children in Las Vegas is the 2008 UK Beatbox Battle Champion MC Zani, and to further cement just how far reaching the art form of Beatboxing is, the Night of Champions will play host to Def One the 2002 Lithuanian Beatboxing Champion .
The Champion talent will not only be found on the stage but also on the decks where the 2005 UK DMC champion DJ Matman aptly supported by For Boarders By Boarders’ Ch!co and Boywonder of Skanks!.
Although beatboxing and turntabilism are an integral part of Hip Hop culture, being London, one of the most multi cultural cities in the world you can expect to hear musical influences from Reggae, Dub, Ska, punk, Rock, Electro, Funky house, Drum and Bass, Grime and Dubstep through the course of the night.
Night of Champions will be an absolute treat for those that are not familiar to the scenes and for the many thousands of dedicated fans of beatboxing and turntabilist skills.
