Each week, the evening’s standout performer is chosen by a panel that includes Boy Wonder, the WCL staff on duty, and a representative from our sponsors. Each week’s top performer is invited back on the following month, when the four weekly winners have a chance to perform a full set at Cream: The Best of Philly Rising!
