78 E. Washington Street, Chicago, Illinois 60602

This will be a great event! The Horse’s Ha will play some of our classics you’ve come to know and love. Then from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Simone Kashama having just come off a year stint as cast member of the Pulitzer prize winning play Ruined, and who is also an accomplished guitarist and member of Yves Francois et Rocambu Jazz, will play some if his greatest and most lovely hits in all our favorite Congolese languages. Then, to top it off we will come together like the happy family we are to present a new song cycle based on famous explorer and naturalist, Roy Chapman Andrews 1951 children’s book, Natures Way: How nature takes care of its own. Come hear our sound exploration of the lives of the Johnny Penguin, the Walking Stick and other natural wonders while sitting under the breathtaking dome of Preston Bradley Hall while simultaneously sipping a lovely glass of claret.
