Mood Swings are the headliners for the 10th Annual Dallas GoGirls MusicFest sharing the stage with Jackie Doss, Chelsea Madrigal and Cary Cooper. Proceeds from the show go to The Wesley Inn Program of Promise House, a Dallas maternity home for unwed teens. Mood Swings play at 10:30 p.m.
