Jenny and Ingrid are two wildly creative and skillful musicians with roots in Scandinavian folk , american fiddle and classical music. Both are music teachers and students of ethnic music based in Trondheim.
Jenny comes from Borås in Sweden and is one of the best folk musicians from her home area, Västergötland. She’s done extensive work gathering much of the folk
music from this area. Ingrid is from Budalen in Sør-Trøndelag. Ingrid’s has done a great deal of research in the previously under-recorded vocal tradition music from Gauldalen, an area in the centre of Norway.
