The JustGiving Fair is an annual fair (now in its seventh year, I believe) that takes place the first weekend in December. Its purpose is to provide opportunities for people to learn about, participate in and give gifts related to fair-trade merchants, charity organizations and altruistic causes. It takes place in the gym at St Thomas the Apostle Church and School at West 44th Street and Vincent Avenue South in Minneapolis. There is not a proselytic element to the fair, and the church does not profit from it. The event is free and open to the public and takes place in conjunction with Reindeer Days, an annual Christmastime event that happens in the adjacent Linden Hills business district.
JustGiving Fair is open from 10am – 7pm on Saturday, Dec. 5th.
