Live music in our living room!
Ramona and I are hosting a house concert as a fundraiser for the Alameda County chapter of the Courage Campaign in support of its struggle for marriage equality.
Space is limited in our house so RSVP as soon as possible to make sure you get a seat on Friday.
We have three performers on the bill:
- Raya Yarbrough’s music is blues, R&B, and jazz loosely intertwined and performed with soul and clarity. Based in LA she will be on tour in the Bay Area playing at Yoshi’s in San Francisco. http://www.myspace.com/rayayarbrough.
- Nomi writes mesmerizing melodies and sings with a joy that matches the intensity of her lyrics. She is a Bay Area based singer songwriter and regular performer at the Hotel Utah and other venues. http://www.myspace.com/nomisongs.
- I’m playing a solo set too.
There’s a $10-$20 suggested donation, all proceeds go to the Alameda Chapter of the Courage Campaign.
