The Brooklyn Museum presents a free night of music, dance, and art-making classes that feature the newly opened special exhibition Who Shot Rock & Roll: A Photographic History, 1955 to the Present. Highlights include a talk by exhibition curator Gail Buckland; a showcase of the Brooklyn-based indie rock bands Real Estate, Crystal Stilts, and the Beets; a workshop to create a snazzy percussion instrument; and a funky-rock dance party. Visitors are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite rock star.
