the Baltimore Blues Society annual membership drive and dance, this year at the very nice Fishhead Cantina in Arbutus, a 10 minute drive from Fell’s Point. i was able to coax my old friend the great Steve Guyger down from philly for this special show. i played in Steve’s band for 3 years in the early 90s prior to joining the Nighthawks and this is our first gig together in well over 10 years.
Steve is widely considered one of the greatest trad blues harmonica players in the world by his peers. to give you an idea the late great William Clarke went as far to say that steve was the best he ever heard period. so please join us for this super rare baltimore apearance.
