Funk Schwa returns to PC to kick off "the" film festival, but we know everyone’s just there for Schwa-dance IV. That’s right, we’re leaving our precocious toddler years as a band and heading off to pre-school. Whatever that means. Needless to say it’ll be good. Like the beer and pizza at the Sidecar. Smooth, eh?
