The 3 main purposes of IGNITE: Arts & Music Fest: Create Art. Ignite Passion. Release Truth.
We believe that this event would help bring unity to the community of Lakeland through a common passion; creative arts. It would be a place for talented artists within our community to release their gifts, bringing a positive influence into our city. Artists would have the opportunity to network & share with other artists of the same vein and hopefully it would provide profit for them by selling their pieces/music. To simply put it, we want to promote art.
This event would also be an offering to our community, as well as a major form of outreach...the whole day will be family-friendly. This is the same day that the Downtown Lakeland Art Festival will be going on so there will be lots of traffic around the area and opportunity for impact.
If you want to jump on board and join us as we pursue this community effort outreach through the arts, there are several ways to get involved:
• We need talent & art/trendy crafts to showcase
• We need local churches to team up with
• We need sponsors for financial support (please see Sponsorship letter attached)
