Tonight is a fundraiser for a worthy cause, by MIANDA MBIRA, who play Acoustic / Afro-beat / Trance. Mianda Mbira started in 2009. Playing traditional mbira from Zimbabwe, its members are Fungai Gahadzikwa, Mary Bvindi, and Erin Macdonnell. They perform traditional music from Zimbabwe, and teach in mbira, singing and world music.
